C'est la deuxième fois que j'arrive au guichet et que la porte est barrée, après avoir fait 30 minutes de route pour rien. Je change de banque.
The only ATM 2 hours around and it's now close in the evening due to homeless people. What about installing a card reader outside so we can take money out conveniently.... To be fair when doing transaction inside the bank during hours of service, the personal deserve 5 stars for their services and courtesy.
