Extremely poor customer service at the Kentville Branch in Nova Scotia. CIBC overall is a fair bank. However this particular branch has poor customer service.

Very unreliable
Frustrated with trying to close a bank account. I open an account over the phone or online tried to close it later because I wasn’t very happy with it. Then tried to call in and couldn’t close it over the phone. They said I had to go into the branch. Then finally had time to go to the branch. It said they were open, but there was nobody around, locked up they even had a sign at the door with the hours saying they should be open, but they were closed. I called him again. Nothing they can do for me.
