Very unreliable. Edit March 2026: don't deposit in the right bank machine. Mechanism has been faulty for weeks now and when it does grab your deposit it miscounts.
Wouldn't recommend CIBC, they not only held my full work cheques without reason, which is Illegal, but also held e-transfers I also put in, which is also illegal. Every time I went to the teller for something you should be able to do at the bank, I was told it was not possible. After the 3rd time this happened with different situations, I called CIBC and got them on the phone while I was with the teller to get them to do their job.
Cant access the ATM after 8PM....
