Rude teller with attitude. Unbelievable.
Went to the bank today after work in hopes to talk to a teller. I arrived on location by 4:20PM and the teller service was already gated. The ATM machines was the only thing accessible. The hours of operation says open until 9AM- 5PM.
Worst CIBC branch. They are not going to find a way to help but just complaining I waste time to make up a line behind me. You should hire more people if there is a line up, but not trying to kick me out before my problem is not fixed. Maybe it's a time to switch the bank
Despite having a scheduled appointment time, Advisors computer crashed, and I was left waiting in her office for 30 minutes without any resolution. Consequently, I had no choice but to leave. I then visited TD, where my account was opened quickly and without issue.
