I had an appointment with Ankita at this location to set up my credit card and TFSA account. She was able to process my credit card, but she told me the system wasn’t working for my TFSA and assured me she would complete it the following business day. Throughout the appointment, she seemed very distracted. By far the worst bank in Canada, most locations don’t have humans in it anymore, my home branch on ocean park being one of them. I have to use the white rock branch, every time I call I’m talking 100,s of times not one answered call. My financial advisor changes every couple weeks because of turn over rate. I canceled my credit card in the app and then come to find out they had kept it open and didn’t do anything to rectify it.
