Today I was wowed by the proficiency and professionalism of Sarah. She answered all my questions in a meeting and explained everything very thoroughly so that now I understand. We talked about financial planning and other aspects and in the end I believe we came to a reasonable solutions. I highly recommend this branch . I think if you’re looking for a banking solution either be loans or investment options it might be worth your while to check it out.
Rude teller with attitude. Unbelievable.
Went to the bank today after work in hopes to talk to a teller. I arrived on location by 4:20PM and the teller service was already gated. The ATM machines was the only thing accessible. The hours of operation says open until 9AM- 5PM.
Worst CIBC branch. They are not going to find a way to help but just complaining I waste time to make up a line behind me. You should hire more people if there is a line up, but not trying to kick me out before my problem is not fixed. Maybe it's a time to switch the bank
