This branch service is horrible. The people who works there are super lazy. What they know is just chatting, tell customer/clientr to use their stupid ATM to deposit cheque or withdraw money. If they are too lazy to serve the client and kept telling client to use ATM, i suggest bank to fired them all. Its a wasting money for bank to pay them and do nothing. Avoid this branch as possible. Hope bank layoff all of those lazy people.
Its so hard to just update the hours on google or its own CIBC website. it only took 5 seconds to update and all they do is stick a paper on the door. So people have to wasted their time there to find out. Try to call in, its all robot, advising false opening hours. Make it make sense…
