Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I just had. And the new rediculous voice assistant that doesn't understand simple questions. All I wanted to know was the best way to transfer a large sum of money to someone. After wasting 7 mins talking to the stupid bot. I finally managed to say the right things to get transferred to a person. Only to have them hang up on me immediately. Strongly debating changing banks.
Very disappointing bank from availability of staff to interior decor. Walking in feels more like a place under renovation and not very inviting; hard to believe it’s a working bank. Not an enjoyable place to visit and do banking at. Their customer service, when available is decent, which earns them the few stars I have to give them.
