如果可以打零分的話我肯定打零，上星期我帶着孩子去做一個簡單的信用卡付款，我帶了部份現金及本人的工資支票，那位櫃檯後面的女士強迫我用自動櫃員機完成動作，我告訴她，我對自動櫃員機沒有好感且不信任，希望在櫃檯完成工作，他堅決不做，我詢問她我可否選擇在櫃檯完成這次的交易，他完全不理會，態度非常差，我希望這事件得到跟進。

Plus aucun service à la CIBC de Laprairie. Une jeune derrière le comptoir, seule et sans expérience ( même si sa fais plusieurs années qu’elle est là) toujours entrain d’aller se référée aux gens dans les bureau pendant que plusieurs personnes attendent… Service client de piètre qualité.
