We have just met with their financial advisorn who has no experience at all. She doesn't know what the difference between the post rate and bonus rate, for instance. What she has done with us was repeating what is on the CIBC website. I feel so dispointed for CIBC which it should has outstanding advisors. I doesn't want it will be closed one-day because of disqualified employees.
