Nice people good service
Nice small branch but has no disabled facilities.
The customer service received from Adela Williams was atrocious. Thank goodness I do not hold my investments with this institution as completely and utterly appalling on all aspects. How such a large well known organization and financial institution does not have a system in place to access employees tasks when they move on to future endeavors is just one of many reasons the customer journey is not user friendly
Ha ha I have just come out of this establishment after receiving the worst customer care I've ever encountered in a bank from an individual named Adela Williams and I see from other reviews, she seems to have a history of poor service, my experience was bordering on bullying. All I wanted to do was pay my credit card bill but it seemed that everything I said and did was wrong in her eyes, she corrected absolutely everything I said in a very demeaning manner.
