I called several CIBC branches over the last several days. Could not speak to a live person or receive a call back. I can hardly wait to show them where we invested our funds and the amount what a joke CIBC is.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended!
I went in to get my car loan released, something that should have happened automatically, a long time ago and they offered little to no help. Staff pointed their finger at the dealership, then provided me with even more false information regarding documentation. They tellers likely do a good job depositing cheques and dispensing cash though, so a second star was awarded
