Service médiocre, j’ai été a cette banque pour faire dégeler mon compte (service a la clientèle m’avais mentionné daller directement a ma succursale). Ils ont refusé en disant d’appeler le service à la clientèle… je rappelle le service à la clientèle qui me mentionne que c’est un manque de volonté de leur part et de retourné en succursale… comme si on avait juste ça a faire!!!!
Tellers don't know anything, you explain to them it is a Certified cheque from a notary which should result in 1 or 2 day funds hold, but staff is incompetent and don't understand how to do their job and make the cheque to be frozen for 5 days. Congrats on knowing less then the customer it's truly a skill to be that incompetent even when the customer explains you how to do your job!
