I don’t often go into the branches but when I do the tellers here are always very kind and helpful. Today i felt like they went above and beyond what other tellers would which is why I gave a good review. It seems that maybe only bad experiences are shared on here but the many good ones don’t get listed

They lost 3 stars over the years. I have been a CIBC customer since 1984. I was very well supported LOCALLY. Now you have to go to a call centre... Local services has been reduced to a non existence, it's all remote. You'll be lucky to get a phone answer from Greenwood except if you have an Ext, they won't answer but likely to return your call after few hours. I was looking for a Mortgage, the local adviser did not return my eMail, but Online CIBC did, because I used their calculator. Now 1 year later, I moved some business ... read more

I had Imperial Service for 12 years. I worked with wonderful advisors that got us ahead... now they've removed us from Imperial Service without warning or explanation, and the Manager won't return calls or emails. Currently exploring options to move my personal and business banking elsewhere based SOLELY on lack of customer service.
