Terrible service! Was at the bank at 9:15 am to set up an Estate account as Executor of my Dad's estate. I gave them the Probate docs and the person then told me that it would take a week for Head Office to set up the account and that she would have someone call me 'today' to set up a meeting for a week from now to handle all the arrangements. Very poor customer service, as well as nowhere enough tellers to service the volume of foot traffic through this location.
Worst bank for customer service. I was just in and they don't have any tellers working. Usually only one working with a huge line up. It sucks to have to use this bank
Worst bank I’ve ever been to, extremely long lines and waits for terrible service, manager should be embarrassed, I tried asking the branch manager why there was only one teller and she was very rude and snapped back at me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Zero support. I would never get a mortgage here again. I caution anyone looking to get a mortgage or bank with CIBC. I asked them to delete an account and they never did , it is now sitting with monthly charges in it.
