Kudos to Alexa and Matt for going above and beyond to help me get the coins I needed. They were both professional, helpful, and made the effort to assist me, which I really appreciated. “Your request to transfer your money out has been denied.” “Excuse me!! I used YOUR employee to initiate the transfer. Am I supposed to tell her how to do her job? This is a full service branch. Someone needs to be reminded- this is NOT your money!! Absolutely ridiculous! Still not resolved 9 weeks later!
Worst experience at this CIBC branch. I visited this branch on Friday, June 5 for a bank relationship letter for my personal use, front desk teller said it takes 2 business day to prepare, advised me to come on Monday and promised that will call me once it's ready. I waited for the entire week, no call back, I called, nobody answered, I left voice message, nobody ever called back.
