To be honest very disappointing customer service I have been a customer over 5 years and every time I go to this branch it’s like they have never seen me before, it’s really uncomfortable going to the branch as I also feel racially profiled.
I called the branch and spoke with Xsenija very helpful very friendly appreciate her cooperation very much
I visited CIBC branch on King St in Waterloo. Xsenija was my financial advisor. She paid close attention to my questions, and did a great job of fulfilling my needs.
Poor facilities in the branch. I was here to cash out and meet with financial advisor, needed to go to the washroom and washroom is not available for public use.. poor customer care
I'm shocked. I went here to open an FHSA (CIBC is currently advertising FHSA GICs with decent rates). I had a meeting with Neha Bansal. She tells me I can't have a GIC because they're only doing mutual funds and savings accounts through the FHSA right now. She says it's OK though because the savings has interest at 3.75% vs 3.5% for GIC. She had me sign the electronic documents to open the FHSA (I requested paper, but she said she'd provide paper at the end of the meeting).
