Negligence at providing bank verification of income and assets on the official form from the region of Waterloo to apply for affordable home ownership program. The teller after asking the manager denied to complete this form while presented a inmigration certificate as an option which takes 2 days to be issue and is not what I requested and what is requested by the official entity.
We visited this branch to ask for assistance completing and stamping an official government form that clearly states it must be completed by a financial institution. This is a standard government form, and I would expect bank employees to be familiar with this type of request, as other customers have likely needed similar assistance. Unfortunately, the employee who attended to us was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help.
