I've only had good experiences here. Helpful and polite staff, and our financial advisor Amelia helped us a lot with some last minute financial things
Deeply disappointed with the service at this CIBC branch. I made multiple phone calls over two days, left voicemails, and finally got a response saying I can come in person to check for appointments. I did exactly that—only to be told to “wait on the sofa,” then abruptly dismissed by another staff member who told me to book online and leave.
