I wish I could leave a split Review. I would leave a One Star review because when we went there and described our problem, the branch manager gave us a 1-866 number and told us to deal with it. We felt minimized and deleted. Needless to say, when the person at that number simply hung up on us, we went back to the tellers and insisted on being helped.
