Went into deposit money the teller was unprofessional. When I asked if they are open on the weekends, I got laughed at and told am I new to the country. I told them some branches are open on the weekends to their surprise. The hours are 9 to 5 Which doesn’t help people that work do better CIC instead of laughing at the customer with insults.

Lady wouldn't let me deposit money without id but I had my card and code ready to go, no different than a machine, a machine cannot id me. How is in person or at a machine any different? Stopping me from depositing money into my account isn't "protecting" me like she said id is used for. Garbage bank, I will be swapping banks as soon as I can
I had difficulty downloading the CIBC app. Didnt get resolved but every effort was made
