Friendly people.
Lady wouldn't let me deposit money without id but I had my card and code ready to go, no different than a machine, a machine cannot id me. How is in person or at a machine any different? Stopping me from depositing money into my account isn't "protecting" me like she said id is used for. Garbage bank, I will be swapping banks as soon as I can
I had difficulty downloading the CIBC app. Didnt get resolved but every effort was made
I waited almost half an hour for the one teller. I gave up and left. Dreadful service! I complained and was told the other teller was on lunch. This was at 2:30pm. There was a lineup behind me. I would not recommend.
