Been using this bank since getting a job here in 2016. The tellers, specifically Sarah, has been amazing. I seem to never have issues with my pay cheque from work being held unless I am dealing with the branch manager. New bank manager freezes my funds when I deposit my cheque in branch. When I opened my account here over a decade ago, I was told this wouldn't happen, and I never have issues with this unless I deal with the new bank manager. If I continue to have problems here I will be switching banks. I have been depositing (work) cheques from the same vendor from over a decade, and haven't had problems until recently.
