Bad customer service. High receptionist. No bilingual service. And customer service responds rudely by saying to go to another bank because they are not bilingual.
I had a frustrating experience recently. I requested a bank draft with a specific address, but the front desk staff wrote the wrong one and insisted it was fine, despite my clear instructions. This dismissive attitude was unprofessional and disappointing. Unfortunately, this has not been my first negative experience at this branch. I hope steps are taken to improve customer service moving forward.
The worst Experience ever from a bank, I had an emergency and they made me wait, Ive received the the worst and unprofessional service from from the staff working there.
I noticed that Cibc Kapuskasing has only a 2.8 out of 5 reviews despite the fact that they delete any reviews they don't like There was many outraged customers a month ago including my own 1 out of 5 review I know other cibc branches have much better reviews especially since cibc treats seniors so well I have given 4 rides to my friend for appointments that the bank manager arranged but took off on holidays . The staff always go above and beyond. It really makes you feel like a family when you walk in there. With new implementations in effect with the texted code verification, I see customers getting very frustrated and rant over this change and the poor tellers are at the receiving end of their complaints. These workers still co.e in to work so they can keep putting food on the table, at home, and pay their bills.
