I noticed that Cibc Kapuskasing has only a 2.8 out of 5 reviews despite the fact that they delete any reviews they don't like There was many outraged customers a month ago including my own 1 out of 5 review I know other cibc branches have much better reviews especially since cibc treats seniors so well I have given 4 rides to my friend for appointments that the bank manager arranged but took off on holidays . The staff always go above and beyond. It really makes you feel like a family when you walk in there. With new implementations in effect with the texted code verification, I see customers getting very frustrated and rant over this change and the poor tellers are at the receiving end of their complaints. These workers still co.e in to work so they can keep putting food on the table, at home, and pay their bills. I got frauded, they locked everything, I had no access to anything, they canceled my card, then tell me it can take up to 2-3months before I can get a new card and the fact I work out of town 90% of the time if I want to pull cash out I need to go to CIBC physically in person with ID, clearly they didn’t care about a 10+yrs client, they seem all nice most of the time but clearly that’s all fake, not to mention I asked to have all my accounts closed and just for fun to see if they actually did, I tried to sign in and all my a... read more
This applies to the Kapuskasing branch management. My cibc card that you cut in half that day. Same one you are using with a new Credit Card as you enjoy the funds from my us accounts For solving, issues and rewards meant for me. Every penny best be in the account.
