I use this branch as it is close to work, Patti is great, the newer girl is lovely as well, the bank manager is a nightmare. Zero customer service skills, loud, not approachable. I understand staff get sick but its your job as a manager to make sure the customers who come in your branch and pay your wages are serviced. Once Patti retires I will leave this branch, unless a new manager who actually cares about customer service comes in, Never go at lunch.

Had a question about my funds and called to ask about them. Was rudely spoken to by a person named “Patty”. Their responses were curt, rude and discourteous. Perhaps “Patty” should not be employed to be working with the public if even a phone call is too difficult for them to respond to kindly.
