They take the time to answer questions clearly and make every visit smooth and efficient. It's refreshing to receive such friendly and reliable customer service. Highly recommended!
I was extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism shown by the security officer at the entrance of this CIBC branch. When I arrived, the security officer was leaning against the wall, looking down at his phone. After spending approximately 10 minutes inside the branch, I noticed he was still in the exact same position, focused on his phone rather than paying attention to customers entering or leaving. I had very bad experience with teller. But branch manager Tyler is very nice. I appreciate Tyler’s customer service.
Have to say CIBC customer service is terrible. I applied the card with Costco membership on it. after I got the physical card and tried to activate it online, it always failed. So I tried to call the service line and waited for more than 1 hour to finally connected on agent. And he asked me so many questions to validate my identity and in the end he told me I have to go to a branch. What a hassle. BTW I have high credit score over 800.
