I have been a customer of CIBC for 40 plus years. Terrible customer service at Okotoks branch. Extremely long wait times at this branch. Not enough tellers. The tellers they do have are expected to do all customer service requests which causes customers to line up sometimes 6 to 7 people deep. Very frustrating for everyone. If a customer has a lot of involved transactions there should be someone that can come out from behind the closed doors( that for the most part seem to be empty )to assist and speed things up. I met with Shannon and she was really great to deal with.
Impossible to reach anyone over the phone and wont return calls. Would rate zero stars, if that was an option.
The machines always seem to be down at this location. I tried to phone to see if this would be resolved before I made another trip down. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone. The numbers on their website are no longer in service, I was finally able to get a "banking centre" again no answer but I left a message asking someone from Okotoks to call me back... that was 3 days ago now... still waiting.
Slow and painful service!!
