Tellers are not open on saturday. When they are open there's only 1.The employee was uninterested and unknowledgable. The specific action that I came for which could not be done online was not done properly forcing me to come back another time.
I had an excellent experience at this branch. The team helped me with my RRSPs and made the process clear, efficient, and stress-free. They were professional, patient, and genuinely attentive to my needs. I left feeling confident in my decisions. Highly recommend this branch.
Pros: A) It’s a nice CIBC located in the boulevard. B) Parking is plentiful at times. C) It looks clean and well maintained. Cons: A) There needs be better organizing at the line for teller. B) Many offices but only 2 in there. There should be more people? C) There needs be more secure and safety features. Conclusion: Right wing populism. Ultraconservatism needed for this bank.
