I've had not so pleasant experiences with one particular staff member at this location on several occasions. She is rude and abrasive while seemingly going out of her way to not help me. When I spoke with the manager about her nothing was done and I know this because the next time I dealt with her her behavior remained the same.
No problem using ATM
I was waiting in line since almost 30 minutes and one representative saw that, still didn't pay attention and continued her talk on phone. Also, whenever I visit this branch, people are always waiting so they should at least work on it to improve
Lucy is the most amazing employee and person. She has such a big heart and will do anything to make sure her clients are taken care of. I came to her to with an issue that didn't even involve her and she went above and beyond to help me.
