I got multiple employees here to admit they bank with Wealthsimple. Incompetent employees, bank constantly lies and charges junk fees. It's 2025 - use Wealthsimple.
I've been trying to set up an appointment with an advisor for the past seven weeks. He won't respond to my emails and I can't get anyone to answer the phone when I call the bank.
