This has got to be one of the slowest banks, and the reception you get on the other end is appalling for one in particular that I’ve dealt with. Can’t seem to listen to what you’ve asked for, needing to repeat several times. Simply cannot seem to give good customer service at all, blank face, no smile, no interaction at all really. Very friendly and service oriented. Dog friendly too!
I share a joint account with my mother who lives in a residence for the elderly. I have Power of Attorney and have brought a copy of it to the bank in 2022. In 2023 I was informed that they never got a copy, which is false. I then contacted our attorney for another copy. In the spring of 2024 the same thing happened, they don’t know what happened to the copy I gave them. This has happened three times and it’s getting ridiculous. I leave a message for the bank manager to contact me and I still have not received a call.
