Make an appointment with them to discuss issues with debit card. Turns out a restriction was placed on it. They tell me I have to call CIBC and they can’t help me fix it in the CIBC branch I was at. So I called, the person said they canceled my card and I could go in to request a new one. Went back in and was told I called the wrong number. Called the right number and was able to go back in and get a new card.
