I've been banking here for over 10 years and this is the second time they've transferred thousands of dollars into the incorrect account leaving me to deal with Revenue Canada. An absolute mess.
My confidence is completely shattered with this branch. No communication skills and employee incompetence across the board.
Why is it so difficult to speak to someone to have a simply question answered. Would not recommend
Just went to the Cibc at Driftwood Mall to use the ATM. So not only is the bank redesigned to have very little customer service inside but also the ATM is locked completely. All the doors are locked. What is the point of having an ATM which is not available outside of business hours.?
Line ups are huge. In person service has been cut back. Terrible!
