Actually dealing with this branch has been a bad experience . Especially on dealing with estate of my late mother . They give u run around so much..n hold onto it..even with letters from doctors n lawyers. They do not call u back or even inform u of updates. I feel it's a bad bank for anyone to deal with on estate issues. Especially when a person already dealing with so much..-2 For there managers on consumer appreciation. They do not care about clients even after they pass away
No line up, fast and efficient.
Terrible service! Trying to get answers for MONTHS regarding where money was sent(no names or account numbers) from account, they dont return messages, and keep saying "manager will call" but never does! Highly unimpressed
Bobby was the worst employee I ever talked to from CIBC. This guy is so rude and unprofessional. It already happens to me twice, but same attitude and exp, he never resolve any issue at all. I rather switch bank than deal with this guy.
When i went there today to get a credit card I was very pleased with the service! Ashley helped me set everything up, and when I had questions she didn't hesitate to take the time to walk me through it, i would say it was the best banking teller experience ive had!
