I'm giving 4 * for the great customer service. This is the only "in-person" CIBC in the Langley area so you have to time your visit to when you know there is shorter lines, or until you have some spare time, as the line ups can be long. They have been training new staff recently, so hopefully that will help with the wait.
This is the absolute worst branch to go to. Always expect a super long wait in lineups as there are only one or two people available at all times everyday. The manager is nice but everybody else is rude and never seems like they enjoy their jobs. You guys also never answer the phone on google. I never thought I would honestly take the time to write a bad review for anyone but here is my first and this branch definitely deserves these bad reviews they are getting. Good luck
Bella the bank manager is nice.. helpful and professional in person. I went in due to chqs being help and she was kind. That being said I called her early on Friday to follow up and her voicemail says she will get back by end of the day.. nothing. No call. Called back Monday.. so far nothing. Wait times are incredible. Want to cash a chq? Expect to wait in line for 35-45min.
Only few tellers working after 3pm. No matter you go there in morning or afternoon, the waiting time is ridiculously long.
