The wait here is ridiculously long. During lunch they barely have 3 people working. 1 girl was just sitting at her computer typing and wasn’t even helping anyone for over 30 mins! They should see the queue has over 15 people and have more people helping out. Then they also aren’t sure how to do their jobs. We found the staff there today very friendly and helpful. Customer service in the banking world is tough because there are many loopholes the staff have to jump through. In other words, its banking policy that slows things down, not necessarily the people. Not to mention, it's tough to maintain composure after dealing with difficult people throughout the day. No one is perfect. We like this branch and wish it was our main one.
Got my purse stolen. No ID other than passport. No money or bank cards. Went to bank to get money to go to licensing across the street before it opened. Spent the next 2 hours fighting to get anything. Would not accept my passport as ID???? Wanted me to go to licensing for 2nd piece of ID. Can't with no money... finally advanced me $50 so could go. I was so upset. Lost everything including my phone. Couldn't get new one without credit card. Meanwhile my cheque books and visa are in the wilderness and they won't let me cancel... read more
I have lost my credit card since oct , 2025 but I haven’t received it till now ! I asked them multiple times, that I can come n pick it up but they literally told me it’s coming from Toronto! It’s Feb 2026 now and I haven’t still receive anything!!!
