Terrible location Waited 30 mins, line didn’t move on a Monday at 2:30PM so I left. Should have more than one teller working as 10 other people were ahead of me. Switching to BMO for this reason
Probably the slowest CIBC I've ever been to. Always lacking staff/front desk clerks. Have 8 teller desks, but only ever use 2-3 of them at most. ..do you guys ever hire? This location is a giant waste of time.
