Extremely long line ups, never more than 1 or 2 tellers even though its " peak " hours. Considering switching banks
customer service is very bad
They're never staffed appropriately. Outside is a mess with garbage. There are people usually under the influence of substances hanging around the entrance, not a safe environment. They also dont pick up the phone line if youre inquiring for an appointment.
The few times I had to come in here it took forever. Line ups long, two out of five cashiers open. Also outside noticeably dirty. Maybe their security should check outside from time to time. At least they were friendly.
Save yourself the trouble. Go to a different branch.
