I was dissapointed about the services they have. They do not have the accountitability for there mistake. The phone call takes longer than I thought. They said it will take 1-3 bussiness day but it is been more than that, No one call. The address bank address is not on the CIBC online so cannot book appointment
I actually am really pleased with my experiences here. CIBC itself (as a whole not this branch) would of turned down my loan and mortgage I got. The staff here actually got their feet on the ground here and knows the uniqueness of someone working here vs the same job down south. I would probably still not be a home owner now if it wasn't for the staff on the ground here.
Curteous tellers. And the advisor I met with was knowledgeable and helpful
Excellent service for personal and business banking needs.
