Lady at the front today July 17th, Will be the reason I’m closing my business account. CIBC is probably one of the worst banks I’ve ever been to for Service. No help whatsoever. The lady at the front desk today will be the reason why I shut down my business account that has hundreds of thousands of dollars go through it every month. If you’re looking for a bank for your business, I highly recommend avoiding CIBC. They do not care at all about your needs
