Great service by Amin. However issue still not resolved. But that s CIBC fault
Personnel au comptoir incompétent et mal formé, aucunement proactif pour résoudre un problème (leur erreur en plus). Ils sont bêtes et aucunement serviable. Il y a une personne à la succursale qui s'y connaît un peu et elle doit tout gérer car personne d'autre ne sait pas quoi faire.
Incontournable!!!!
