I had an excellent experience at CIBC in Sydney, Nova Scotia thanks to Edwin. He was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. If I could give a negative star I would. Went to the teller to get what they call a "product summary". At first, I didn't know what I wanted but explained it thoroughly. Natasha, the teller with whom i had the displeasure of dealing with didn't understand what I was there for. She informed us that we needed to book an appointment. She subsequently went to "Cat's" office for assistance (which is fine). "Cat" was able to tell me exactly what was needed.
