If I could give a negative star I would. Went to the teller to get what they call a "product summary". At first, I didn't know what I wanted but explained it thoroughly. Natasha, the teller with whom i had the displeasure of dealing with didn't understand what I was there for. She informed us that we needed to book an appointment. Went to the ATM around midnight and found the area has been rented out to homeless people. Camping an ATM, very safe not sketchy at all.

We drove all the way from 100km to get our service done. We reached 4:30pm at the bank and Michelle refused yo open safety deposit box as she said she has 16 things to do. She said come tomorrow or make an appointment very rudely. First of all Customer should be their first priority not 16 things. Secondly even if we come a minute before they should serve us.
