Reviewing the branch staff, not the organisation, but I feel compelled to give credit where it is due. In short, an absolutely brilliant team of wonderful and talented people, plus the location is bright, open, and welcoming. Sukh do better. You guys are not even busy and still don’t wanna work, thats crazy to me. My sister was going back and forth to get her credit card verified which was not even 5 mins process and she kept telling her to call the bank just so she doesn’t have to work ! Branch can contact me if you want more detail and train your employees well.
Closed on saturday is crazy
Great service with extremely friendly and polite people that always welcome to help me with any unexpected situations I have. Even though all banks have advantages and disadvantages, I appreciate the opportunity to work and do business with CIBC.
