What a horrible service from part of this woman, doing horrible faces to everyone and also she treat me as a stupid, and it was not just me, the person before me she did the same. She was just looking at his watch and getting mad because of people still arriving to the bank. If she is not ok doing customer service she might get a different job. I’ll never go back to the CIBC in Vernon downtown just to avoid this nasty woman
You have to wait 30-40mins in the line to get your thing done. only one lady at the desk however with the lack of banking information also Very Rude. She Let me wait for another representative that in the meeting and don’t know when She return from the meeting.
Recently I tried to cancel a credit card. Tried calling CIBC. On hold for 45 min as a special division had to deal with it. No luck there. Go into this branch. Young guy employee tells me same story. You have to call them. This young guy had some serious attitude towards me and needs some customer service training. Luckily the manager was called and he directed the employee to cancel my card. Can't get anyone one the phone most times and if you do finally make a phone appointment, they don't keep it. Three months I've been calling. Only thing that works is walking in and begging for a meeting.
