Sukh do better. You guys are not even busy and still don’t wanna work, thats crazy to me. My sister was going back and forth to get her credit card verified which was not even 5 mins process and she kept telling her to call the bank just so she doesn’t have to work ! Branch can contact me if you want more detail and train your employees well.

Well I finally did it - after 50 years of dealing with CIBC, I walked into the managers office in Vernon and told her "You people are forcing me to leave CIBC" She asked why. I responded 1) Being put on hold for 10 to 15 hours over one issue 2) $40 for cheques that used to be free 3) 1.75%interest on a savings account where other financial institutions are paying 4% or better 4) Paying 1/20 of 1% on a U.S. savings account where now I am getting 4% and 5) Trying to buy Mexican pesos for tips at an All-Inclusive and being told... read more
