I went into this branch today and spoke with Belinda as well as another young fellow as I had to come in a few separate times throughout the day. Both staff members were very knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. They went out of there way to help me, it was such a refreshing experience from a large corporation that seems hard to come by these days. Will happily bank here again!
Can't access the ATM after-hours. Kind of defeats the purpose of an ATM.
Had a great experience with Elena! She was very efficient and was able to keep her composure even when the guy in front of me was yelling profanities and taking photos of her. Unacceptable that CIBC is allowing her image to be used here. People need to remember that we are all human and if there’s any issues address it with management like a grown up.

The amazing teller there helped me and had an amazing attitude after dealer with an incredibly rude customer who was taking pictures of her saying he would post her online. Not okay. If he actually had an issue he could've acted like a grown adult and spoke with a manager, instead he chose profanities and going online like a child. She bounced back and assisted me with amazing care and professionalism. I couldn't recommend her service enough!
