Can't get anyone one the phone most times and if you do finally make a phone appointment, they don't keep it. Three months I've been calling. Only thing that works is walking in and begging for a meeting.
Reviewing the branch staff, not the organisation, but I feel compelled to give credit where it is due. In short, an absolutely brilliant team of wonderful and talented people, plus the location is bright, open, and welcoming. Walking into the building at least is a genuine pleasure and worth looking forward to. Sukh do better. You guys are not even busy and still don’t wanna work, thats crazy to me. My sister was going back and forth to get her credit card verified which was not even 5 mins process and she kept telling her to call the bank just so she doesn’t have to work ! Branch can contact me if you want more detail and train your employees well.
