Never have I encountered more inept financial services than provided by this branch. I have been a CIBC customer for more than 25 years and had to start dealing with this branch two years ago. I have made very regular, on-time, payments on a loan account at the branch as I do not have an electronic option to do so. In the last nine months, I have been called six times by the Vancouver Banking Centre to tell me that I have failed to make my regular monthly payment. Absolutely worst service possible. I've had my business accounts here for 16 years and the service has dwindled to the point that the tellers do not care about serving the client. I make this judgement from infrequent visitations as I do most of my banking online.
I tried to wire a payment at the branch a couple of days ago but a male staff seems not know how to do it. I asked if his manager would be available to help but was told the manager was on a lunch break. The staff was very impatient and unpleasant.
Very satisfied always get a nice welcome from all staff Been a customer for a long time.
