This is bad luck to live in Sidney and have this brunch here. Last years service doesn't improve at all. Do not go there, only if you have to do simple payment. They absolutely have no idea that to do and think about the customer's problem. Except may be top management. But you must book appointment for this. Front line is different story. Never have I encountered more inept financial services than provided by this branch. I have been a CIBC customer for more than 25 years and had to start dealing with this branch two years ago. I have made very regular, on-time, payments on a loan account at the branch as I do not have an electronic option to do so. In the last nine months, I have been called six times by the Vancouver Banking Centre to tell me that I have failed to make my regular monthly payment. Absolutely worst service possible. I've had my business accounts here for 16 years and the service has dwindled to the point that the tellers do not care about serving the client. I make this judgement from infrequent visitations as I do most of my banking online.
