It's incredibibly bad customer service to permanently close the Saanichton Branch, then close the ATM access at 7pm!!!! at the Sidney location. Drive to Broadmead CIBC ...." for my convenience" ??!?
horrible service. waited 1 hour long to withdraw some cash (increments not available to be withdrawn through ABM) a Person was then allowed to skip the whole lineup after speaking the same language as the teller. She was served right away, skipping everyone else in the whole lineup, Allegedly, including older groups of seniors that require service sooner. Customer service at this branch is non-existent. Don't ever open an account here. I have been waiting for business account documents for two weeks and no responses to my attempts to contact them for an update. Pathetic and contemptuous attitudes at best. Deposit your money anywhere but here because it's like depositing money into a garbage can.
