I’m not surprised by the bad reviews I’m reading and explains why there’s still an incredibly rude teller with zero customer service skills named Cash (not sure of spelling) that hasn’t been fired yet. Because then they’d be down to one teller, a lovely Indian fellow. This teller has apparently had issues before due to her resting rude face and unapproachable attitude. Can we give zero stars? This branch doesn’t deserve one. Opened a business account and could not get the rep to respond to any emails. Left a firm message and he finally called back, applied for business credit and… well who knows because that was months ago and we haven’t heard anything. Been calling and emailing for weeks, with no reply. I can’t imagine a more terribly operated service. I called CIBC business 1800 today to close our accounts. We’re moving to the credit union. I do not recommend doing business with this loc... read more
