This bank was very helpful in setting up an estate account that I could not easily set up with my usual bank. Very helpful and understanding.

Went in there to pick up a bank draft great experience
One of my most awkward experiences with a bank. Looks like these people missed training day. They told me on the phone they can certify a cheque. Drove from another town for them to say it must have been a mis-communication. No apologies, just looking at the door to show me which way I came in. Very disappointed with CIBC.
Huge difference in customer service between this branch and other locations I have to deal with in Toronto. The staff in Durham are clueless and rude. I will never be setting foot there again.
