I've always enjoyed banking with CIBC but especially at this branch in Rocky Mountain House. I enjoy this specifically because of the incredible customer service. All of the tellers are always very friendly, patient, understanding and very well informed knowledgeable and helpful. The mortgage lady was also particularly helpful in explaining and providing my mortgage. Great place great people

Does anyone in that branch know how to answer a phone or return calls? Terrible customer service.
CIBC as a whole is not bad but our local.branch is terrible. From an ex employee standpoint they bully coworkers of you aren't in their inner circle, which is just co.plete nepatism. Would not work there and if I had better options I would not bank there. I refuse to go in and I hardly trust some of the workers won't snoop at my personal financials.
Horrible service and attitude from Sheryl every single time I come in. The others treat me well with kindness.
