I would absolutely not recommend CIBC ever. No one is ever helpful, no one ever seems to know what’s going on or at least have consistency between bankers about policies/rules. There are never records of anything I speak with telephone banking about which cost me over $800 in fees that were supposed to be deferred. Absolutely useless! I cannot wait to pay off my loan and finally get far away from CIBC.
I've always enjoyed banking with CIBC but especially at this branch in Rocky Mountain House. I enjoy this specifically because of the incredible customer service. All of the tellers are always very friendly, patient, understanding and very well informed knowledgeable and helpful. The mortgage lady was also particularly helpful in explaining and providing my mortgage. Great place great people
