I've been at the Taber CIBC branch for about 4 years and now I'm leaving. Banking needs are not always met, and Patricia is always at least 15 to 20 minutes late to appointments as she's just chatting behind the reception desk, and one time Kyle didn't even show up to my appointment at all so I left after waiting 30 mins.
I went to CIBC in Taber today to buy some American dollars. The lady helped me use the ATM and then exchanged the smaller banknotes for $100 bills. It was super fast and easy. Thank you! Unfortunately i didn’t ask her name.

It is very hard to get service at Taber CIBC. when talking to them, they seem friendly. But dont give any updates on how it is going and don't answer their phone. I'm dealing with harvath Patricia right now. I left voicemails. I left an email I could not get ahold of her.. Called the head office called CIBC Taber. And I couldn't until I spoke to the manager.
