It is very hard to get service at Taber CIBC. when talking to them, they seem friendly. But dont give any updates on how it is going and don't answer their phone. I'm dealing with harvath Patricia right now. I left voicemails. I left an email I could not get ahold of her.. Called the head office called CIBC Taber. And I couldn't until I spoke to the manager. Well after a ton of automated options, I finally got through and spoke to someone. I requested to be transfered in regards to credit cards ans balance transfers. The guy couldn't answer me so I tried to break it down and he still couldn't understand my request. Too many automated options to prevent any communication and when they do, horrible customer service. It went quiet and call ended. 110% sure I got hung up. I'd rate 0 if possible.
The only thing that bothers me about this bank is they don’t have enough tellers on. Stopped by today and 6 of us in line and only 1 teller working. I think they should hire a few more tellers.
