No ATM after hrs they lock the front door door
One of the worst branch. If you have option please choose other option without thinking. Too much line up and couple of tellers working only. Which taking too long too
Worse inadequate financial institution. Long time (decades) client, have received rotten disrespectful treatment, and incompetencies from this bank. Also, their ATM machines hardly ever work properly (Not available or not in service lots of time). Plus once doors were locked and unable to access ATM machine. (lame excuse."doors malfunctioned") Colder months, homeless ppl occupate the front ATM space. Experienced nothing but uncomfortable experiences here.
If I could give them 0 stars I would!! No one that works there knows much about how they do things. I was told one thing at the branch, another when I called them and somthing completely different when I called them again!! Not sure if it's the branch or just CIBC as a whole. HORRIBLE service and knowledge about how the bank works! Open an account ANYWHERE but CIBC.
Some nice people at the branch though a strong lack of follow-ups across the board. I went in person to get a T5, after 4 phone call follow-up's, an email follow-up and 2 in person follow-up's they called me back only to offer me a RRSP tax slip, not the T5 (they did not seem to know what this was) Seems like this branch lacks training / abilities beyond the absolute basics. This said, Raj in the investing area is fantastic / I would fully endorse her !
