For a simple account balance certificate you have to wait in line first then they said come after 2 days, and then line up again for a simple printout. Really disappointed about the service here now thinking to switch all my funds and investments to another bank who cares customers.
I went there on Wednesday for immigration letter and the guy said we accept your application for the letter you need to come back on Friday from 9 to 5 and it will be ready for you. When I was there on Friday they didn't give me anything and said come back after two hours, I said I am busy till 12 midnight and they agreed with sending me through email within 15 minutes. Unfortunately this is the second day and I didn't receive anything. Worst and careless staff ever.
