I had a very disappointing experience. I waited for an hour and a half after being told to sit and wait until someone could help me. After waiting all that time, I went to ask how much longer it would take. I was then told, “Sorry, we won’t be able to help you today. Let’s book you an appointment for another day.” This is unacceptable. I work on other days and specifically took a day off work just to come in and open my RRSP account. Arrive extra, extra early if you decide to use this branch. This location has only 2 people working the front desk and it seems like one their computers/machines down. I cant blame the 2 people upfront as they do not seem to have much help today. Plan accordingly if you have other appointments
