Very disappointing experience. The manager appeared unapproachable and avoided direct customer interaction. I could hear her nearby, but was told she was “busy” when I asked to speak with her. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not want to visit this branch again.

I’ve banked with CIBC for years, but the in-branch experience has gone downhill. The cash withdrawal limits at the counter are unreasonably low, and you're often pushed to use the ATM instead. Staff regularly walk down the line asking if they can help only to direct people to the ATM rather than actually assisting or jumping behind the counter to reduce the wait.
