Found staff very helpful and take time to explain issues and ways they can help.
People who work here seriously need customer service training and on how to do their job. Not the first time I go there for a specific service for which I got something completely different from what I had asked.
Probably the worst bank I've ever been with. The teller here Nicole I think her name is, likes to gossip about the clients lots and I don't feel safe with her seeing my banking info.
Thank you so much Lesley Gonzalez for helping me today to pay my hospital bill and even for helping me to reach the hospital. That was the best visit at a banking centre in my life. ☺️ thanks again and wish you all the best and merry Christmas.
