C'est de loin la pire agence que j'aie jamais fréquentée. Le service est d'une lenteur exaspérante. On peut passer des heures à faire la queue (même courte) pour une simple formalité qui pourrait être réglée en quelques minutes. Les temps d'attente sont tout simplement aberrants.
i never like to put bad review.. so far worst branch ever… just one person was sitting, there was only one person in front, the guy was so slow it took him 1 hour to solve the client….. worst
This by far is the worst branch to which I’ve ever been. The service is excruciatingly slow. It could take hours of standing in (a small) line for a simple task that could be addressed in a few minutes. The wait times are absolutely insane.
Super unhelpful staff, gonna go with a different bank
