long line up and long wait ALL THE TIME, understaffed at the front desks. Staff at the front desk are undertrained. They write in the opening hours they close at 5pm, but if you don't arrive at the branch 45 minutes before, you won't get seen because they will close the gate... front desk does not know how to activate the credit card and change the pin of your card for you if you ask. Stay away.
Attente interminable pour 2 min de service!
CIBC is the worst bank. Horrible customer service. I received a letter to go pay at the branch and they say they can't help. Don't ever take a credit card with them, they will make it hell to close it, they will want to keep you as a hostage to keep charging you interests. Horrible hellish bank.
Poor service! Extreme long wait
On prend un rv pour quelque chose de précis mais sur place ils nous mentionnent que c'est impossible de le faire parce que le gérant n'est pas là. Le conseiller est incapable de nous proposer une solution à part prendre un autre rv et espérer que le gérant soit présent. Il quitte durant la discussion.
