This by far is the worst branch to which I’ve ever been. The service is excruciatingly slow. It could take hours of standing in (a small) line for a simple task that could be addressed in a few minutes. The wait times are absolutely insane.
Super unhelpful staff, gonna go with a different bank
Très mauvaise expérience pour l’ouverture de mon compte. Peux d'empathie, condescendant.
This is by far the worst bank branch of any bank I have ever gone to. 4 times in a row now the wait to see a teller is over 30 min. To top it off the staff is outright rude. This time around they needed a directors approval for a transaction and apparently he wasn’t in so they told me to walk to the next closest branch 30 min away. This is after already waiting 30 min to be seen. Awful place and gives the bank a bad rep.
One star only because 0 stars is not available. By far the worst bank/branch we have experienced. Brought my elderly 85 year old mother to the branch. Customer service gentleman was rude and not helpful. My mother had additional questions but this guy refused to talk to us saying we had no right to request information. My mother's english is not good and she has a hearing problem and is standing NEXT TO ME as I relayed information to her, but he refused to answer.
