Privacy violation, inconsistent policies, rude staff. An uninvolved employee looked over my account info on screen with no business reason. I was allowed to pick up a card with my ID once, then denied the same request with the same ID on another visit, despite dealing with the same staff member both times. Pretty frustrating experience. Long wait times and staff seemed unsure about how to handle a basic banking request. Something that usually takes a couple of minutes at other CIBC branches ended up taking much longer here.

They intentionally make clients wait for hours to discourage them to seek in branch support. Usually they answer to one client at a time and prioritize Chinese-speakers.
