I am very disappointed. Dealing with writing off my second vehicle this winter was head ache enough then CIBC decides to put a hold on my second mpi cheque deposit- but not the first one? Then they reversed my mpi insurance payment even though I have plenty enough money just sitting in my account with no access to it!! Talk about mad. Might be switching to credit union if they don't fix this ASAP.
