I have been dealing with CIBC 100 Mile House for 7 years. They have always been professional, friendly, and have gone above and beyond my expectations. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work in our community.
We had some issues with an online application for multiple weeks so we came in to the branch and everyone was very nice and they got everything figured out in 15 mins.
I am so disappointed with the customer service. I gave my friend a cheque and they wouldn't even accept it. They then treated my friend with great suspicion, and were incredibly rude to them. During my call to the supervisor (less than an hour ago) I was met with condescension, even though they admitted they had no knowledge of the transaction, 'I'm sure M****** would never do that'. However, cameras do not lie, and they did behave that way towards my friend. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Hours of 9:30 - 5 Monday to Fri are self-serving and are NOT customer-friendly. Most people work 9-5, Monday to Friday. Totally inconsiderate hours.
