I’m not sure what has happened to this branch - but the level of service and support for their customers is fallen from previously accessible to currently non existent. 30 years I’ve banked with them , and now it’s time to look else where. I know this branch has lost some of the long time employees ( who took the service and customer support seriously and effectively) But the numerous events and lack of action or attention to service at this branch. has now caused me to go down the street with my business.
CIBC is a horrible bank. Every single CIBC I see has horrible reviews, and you will understand why if you bank with them. Nothing against the workers who just do their jobs. But CIBC and all other banks like it (basically all of them) need to disappear.
Whack exchange rate at the atm Go somewhere else
Terrible service and complete lack of customer service skills. Take your privacy for granted as well. things don't get straightened out until you contact the CEO
