Laura is the best Branch Manager I know. She cares so much about her clients. Her staff are all great too!!
Not that there is anything wrong with this particular branch, but cibc literally won’t allow people to have access to their money when direct deposit isn’t an option and it feels like the staff don’t care about people Needing to pay their bills and eat on a thanksgiving long weekend. I as well as my partner will switch over to a bank that values or service and is fair to us as cibc has not been.
Bryton helped us get our mortgage. He was awesome & made sure it got down with a tight timeline. The entire branch is very friendly. 10/10 love banking here.
