Raj Kumar took care of me twice for some issues in a timely manner and was very satisfied
I will never do business with this bank again, they never call you back when you leave a message that you need to talk to them. Arnita, the branch manager is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with, she is rude and talks down to you. I would give this Bank no stars if it was possible, after two days of trying to get a hold of anybody in that bank on the phone, I finally had enough and walked in and closed all accounts immediately, good riddance to this Bank
