The worst experience ever
The branch is primarily useful for opening a bank account, but that's about it. The staff is very polite; however, most issues can only be resolved by calling CIBC rather than visiting in person. They lack direct access to accounts at the branch, and if you go there with a problem, they may end up calling CIBC from inside the branch to address your issue. This seems quite unusual to me!
