I hope i read all the reviews before selecting this branch to receive my Mastercard . I waited for just to pickup my card, no customer service at all. Two minute work took almost 20-30 mins. And most funny thing was they lost my card. Even i got confirmation and all details that card was ready to pickup at branch. And i have to wait and reapply it again, another 15 days. But they didn’t took responsibility, they keep saying confirmation email was not right.
This location provides very slow service all I went to do was pickup a card it’s not that hard and takes less than 30 seconds there is also a girl at the front named Raj Kaur who always looks mad. I swear every time I walk in she’s just pissed off or that’s the facial expression she has on. If you can have a different home branch DON’T choose this one!!!!!
The most useless branch ever. There are no tellers to help you. Might as well only keep it for ATM machine and remove the branch title. I believe CIBC as a bank is not for normal day to day banking and users more for businesses.
Terrible customer service
No tellers, no cash withdraw service, it should mention in website that this branch is good for ATM only
