The most useless branch ever. There are no tellers to help you. Might as well only keep it for ATM machine and remove the branch title. I believe CIBC as a bank is not for normal day to day banking and users more for businesses.
Terrible customer service
No tellers, no cash withdraw service, it should mention in website that this branch is good for ATM only
Terrible customer service, I booked an appointment at 12.00 and was there on time. I was asked to wait by the person ag the reception. After 20 mins of waiting , I overheard the person talking to the advisor saying that there are people waiting for 20 minutes and the advisor replied: let them wait. At least the advisor could have come and apologise for keeping us waiting. We just left and received a call after 1 hour to tell us that they apologise foe keeping us waiting and we could book another appointment if needed. Each c... read more
