The worst service I could have received! I go to this branch because I live in this area. Out of 10 visits, 8 times they gave me a phone number to call because they can't solve my problem. I won't even mention the customer focus! I wanted to open a business account, the manager couldn't clearly explain the advantages of being with CIBC. I won't even mention the service time! The only thing that works properly in this branch is the ATMs, there are 2 of them.
Been calling for a week. No answer.. I've been leaving voice messages with my number. And if I do get a call back at all it rings once or twice and that's it. No voice-mail or anything giving me a number or chance to call back. These people aren't even trying. Just sitting g around collecting paychecks.. pathetic.
I Love Cigdem, She work hard on our mortgage. Such a very nice and kind lady. She goes Above and beyond.
Not actual branch anymore. Cannot get help from a teller to pay bills or get smaller denominations.
