I have a special shout out to Navneet Kaur from this branch. She's helped me on numerous times with withdrawing GICs and recently, I had a question about how to increase my credit card limit with CIBC as the online app was not allowing me. The call centre was also not helpful unfortunately. So, I thought I'd ask in-person at my next appointment. Been to this location 3 times and never have I been disappointed. Kiki helped me with getting a credit card, and all the other staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
This branch is useless. No services offered.
