Rajni Bansal were hostile, rude and impolite when I came to ask for the service. She was impatient, and rushed me through the entire process. I left without getting what I needed.
This branch, you could never get hold of someone on the phone. It always goes to the voice mail system, and even if you left a voice message to call you back, they never do. This is disgusting so far.
