Very unorganized service. I was waiting for 15 mins at the front desk today, and no one was there to help me, and after 2 other gentlemen came and waited after me. A lady from inside came and told me to give me some time and after she came out and helping to the person who came next to me. What branch has no tellers?! What is this? Never seen this anywhere. The lady advisor was nice but that doesn't help the fact that this is a physical location with no tellers!!
No access to ATM’s🤦♂️
I’ve been banking here since 2021 using Imperial Service. The staff is attentive and friendly. All my needs are promptly met. Except that one time my financial advisor forgot that they were supposed to meet me up for an in person appointment. For that I give the branch 4 star
