Not caring or compassionate, even though I had fraud activity on my account clear as a bell didn't do anything to offer me a credit or any type of adjustment. Just anything for my account, nothing, they don't care that 2 daughters will not be able to have access to their CIBC accounts. Horrible, horrible customer service. If I was anyone close your CIBC account and go to somewhere that appreciates you!
Bevin is the best! After having issues at another CIBC location, I decided to book an appointment with Bevin at the Albany branch. I’ve been seeing her for about two years now and plan to continue, she’s incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Every visit leaves me feeling more confident and organized with my finances as a young adult.

Honestly don’t even bother going there, one worker only on one front desk, they don’t have access to almost anything no smile whatsoever horrible experience it used to be different!!
