Set up an account for my daughter 4 days ago as she started working. She can't do etransfer, Been to the branch 3 times and teller can't find the issue, they asked her to call instead which she did, the person asked her security questions which my daughter answered correctly then explained her situation, and again they can't fix the issue and told my daughter that she has to hang up for security reasons???. We went to RBC and opened an account there on the spot with everything working properly, took about 1 hour !!!!
