Useless as a bank. Huge building for a glorified ATM.
Horrible bank Horrible service Been waiting for business credit cards since opening the account and absolutely nobody gets back to you. And and and lady at front desk tells me “Draft is the same as a cheque” and that she’s gonna put a hold on my draft lol I know she can release funds but to sit and argue back and forth is ridiculous. Joke of a bank and even more disappointing staff.
Hours are completely wrong, walked in securely guard said no one is here past 5pm then why is the lobby open and why is my bank fees paying for a security officer to stand around for 2 hrs according to the website bank closes at 7
This branch of CIBC is useless and not helpful. Idea not to have tellers is difficult to understand what is purpose of that branch. Secondly, I had a lot of issues with the CIBC, and not even once this branch was able to help with any of the issues. Finally, I was told by the branch manager that if I am not happy with the CIBC services, I should move my account to the different banks. Even closing the accounts was impossible there, and they sent me to a different branch.
What is the point of bank branch with no tellers? Just wasted my time to drive there.
