Walked in, just had some questions. Paul welcomed me and answered my questions professionaly. Also, he didn't try to sell me any products instead just gave me honest advice.
I forgot to note the name of the person who helped us, but this gentleman was wonderful. Easily the most effective staff member I’ve ever dealt with at any bank branch in Canada.
We were here Monday noon and the gentleman in the office is the most helpful and amazing staff we’ve ever encountered in any bank branch. He solved the issue for us professionally and effectively in about 15mins. If you ever visited any CIBC or Scotia bank branches you know what I’m talking about.
Horrible absolute worst experience. Theirs one Indian lady working their absolute incompetent doesn’t know anything very rude and disrespectful. She needs to learn some manners. Idk why they are hiring her. She has zero customer service skills and just coming. Her to this job for a pay check please guys listen to me do not come here I repeat don’t come here
